By creating an account or playing AXIOM: Orígenes (“the game”) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Beta / preview

The game is under development. There may be bugs, downtime and resets that wipe progress (characters, resources, missions) without notice. The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability or data retention.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
  • An account is personal. Do not share or sell it.
  • You must be 14 or older (or have consent from a responsible adult).

3. Conduct

The following is not allowed:

  • Cheating, bots, exploits, or modifying the client to gain an advantage.
  • Harassing, threatening or insulting others, or posting illegal or offensive content.
  • Attacking the service infrastructure (flooding, intrusion, abusive reverse engineering).

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and with no obligation to refund.

4. Ownership

The game, its code, art, music, characters, story and brand belong to their authors and are protected by copyright. In-game progress and items are a license to use within the service: you do not own them, they have no monetary value, and they may change or be lost (see point 1).

5. Donations

If we enable donations, they are voluntary and grant nothing in-game: no advantages, items or currency. They help sustain the server. Except where legally required, they are non-refundable.

6. Availability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) at any time, including shutting the game down.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied: no uninterrupted operation, no freedom from errors, and no guarantee that your progress is preserved. You use the game at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for loss of progress, accounts, data, time or money arising from the use or inability to use the service, from interruptions, resets, technical failures or the game shutting down. As the game is in beta and may be free, you understand you acquire no economic right over it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service (cheating, harassment, illegal content, attacks on the infrastructure).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is posted on this page. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Nothing here limits consumer rights that the law grants on a non-waivable basis. For any query, email us at [pending: contact email].
